Room no. 1

The double room has a size of approx. 17 m² and is equipped with bathroom/shower (2,7 m²), hairdryer, air-conditioning, fridge, SAT-TV and a balcony (6 m²). From the balcony you have a marvellous view to the beach and the sea. In this room it exists the possibility to accommodate a third person or a child because the couch can be converted to a bed.
Room no. 1 and room no. 2 are located on the top floor and side by side. Therefore you can use both rooms with the adjoining kitchen and terrace as an apartment. The rooms can be booked individually. But they are also liked by family with children.

Use of kitchen and terrace

To the both rooms belongs a small kitchen which is located directly opposite. It means the kitchen and the rooms are separated by a small corridor. To be more exact, the distance between the room door and the kitchen door amounts to 1,40 m. Now and then the corridor is used by the guests of both studios, which are also located on this floor, as a way outward. Nevertheless, the kitchen is reserved only for the guests of these both rooms.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a size of 5,4 m² and equipped with all necessary utensils. Dishwasher, water kettle, microwave, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, cooker with two cooking plates and two gas cooking fields, etc.
Terrace
Directly beside the kitchen is a wonderful roofed terrace. With 20 m² there is a plenty of place for having breakfast, lunch or dining. Also the view to the sea is omnipresent.
